Kodak Shoots Back At RIM In Digital Camera IP Spat

Law360, New York (February 18, 2009) -- Eastman Kodak Co. has swung back at BlackBerry maker Research In Motion Ltd., accusing the company of infringing four patents related to digital imaging technology and data integration systems three months after RIM filed a declaratory judgment suit alleging that Kodak’s patents are invalid or unenforceable.
